Homcovey adopts professional industry-standard e-commerce and payment protection technologies to fully secure your dining tableware purchase transactions and prevent unauthorized financial risks.

All payment information is transmitted through high-level encrypted channels. All orders are securely processed via Shopify and officially certified payment service providers displayed during checkout. Homcovey will never access, view or permanently store your full card number and CVV security code when you purchase our home bowl and tableware products.

2. Payment Authorization

Your card-issuing bank or payment platform may perform standard identity verification, including address confirmation, security code verification and multi-factor authentication. A temporary pre-authorization hold may appear on your account before the official payment is completed. The release time of the temporary hold is fully determined by your own financial institution.

3. Fraud Prevention

To protect user shopping safety and standardize store operation, we will conduct routine risk checks on tableware orders with abnormal billing information or transaction behaviors. For security purposes, we may require simple identity verification, reject abnormal transactions or cancel high-risk orders to ensure a safe shopping environment for all customers.
